Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping 

• Carriers: TCS, PostEx
• Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Fees: Calculated at checkout by weight & destination

Tracking & Delays

You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. External factors (weather, customs) may cause delays. Contact info.rubja@gmail.com if it’s been over 14 days.

Lost or Damaged

• Lost: We’ll locate or replace after carrier confirmation.
• Damaged: Email photos within 7 days for replacement or refund.
